Sobre las nominaciones a los Globos de Oro
Pues sí, Bardem lo ha conseguido. Será uno de los actores que optará al Globo de Oro como mejor actor secundario por su trabajo en No Country for Old Men, y desde hoy todos los medios españoles empezarán a vendernos un posible Oscar.
Aparte de eso, lo que más destacaría de las nominaciones es que en un año, como dijimos, en que los Oscars se preveen repartidos, los Globos de Oro han destacado una favorita. Expiación, Más Allá De La Pasión, el drama inglés protagonizado por Keira Knightley y James McAvoy, ha logrado 7 nominaciones: actores, director, película, guión… y será el rival a batir en la gala que se celebrará el próximo 13 de Enero.
Detrás de ella se sitúan, como películas del año (al menos por número de nominaciones) Sweeney Todd de Tim Burton, Michael Clayton, la Guerra de Charlie Wilson, además de la mencionada No Country for Old Men, que va camino de dar a los Coen un éxito que no conseguían (de cara a la crítica) casi que desde Fargo.
Entre los que son nominados por primera vez a este premio tenemos a dos favoritos. Tim Burton puede llegar y besar el santo como mejor director, y Viggo Mortensen podría hacer lo propio gracias al papel que le dió David Cronenberg en Promesas del Este
